Bryan Claringbold wins the Hugh Chamberlain Trophy 2018 with a magnificent average Stableford score of 34.79.
The Hugh Chamberlain Trophy is competed for annually by the TT Roll-up on the basis of the best average Stableford score throughout the year - participation in a minimum of 20 outings required to count.
Mostly the trophy is won by an average Stableford score of 33.5 - 34. However, this year Bryan Claringbold, playing off a low single figure TT Roll-up handicap usually lower than his official Club handicap, achieved a very impressive average score of 34.79.
